Each IMPAX Client station records logs in a series of files, as described below. The level of logging is set in the Configure area - Stations section. The log files are located in the %PUBLIC%\Impax\Logs directory.
| Log file | Description |
|---|---|
| client.log | Logs all information for the Client, minus the Image area. |
| ClientUpdater.log | Logs the Client updater service. |
| client_performance | Measures performance for the Client against benchmarks. The information includes login times, first image display, full image display, and time to refresh and display worklist items. |
| client_workflow.log | Logs high-level user actions and operations performed by the Client. |
| image_client | Logs Image area information only. |
| image_client_timing | Provides in-depth analysis of image processing. Only increase the logging level upon request. |
| ImpaxCDBurn.log | Logs information on CD burning. |
| Installation.log | Logs actions that are performed when the Client is manually installed or uninstalled. |
| PostProcessor.log | Logs actions that are performed when the Client is updated through the updater service. |
