If you are experiencing errors while running IMPAX, the PACS Administrator may ask you to send an automatically generated error report, called a log file, to a central server to be used for diagnosis.
To send error reports to the Application Server
From the List or Configure area bar, click the Help menu. ![]()
From the menu, select Send log files to server.
The log file from the station is sent to the Application Server, and can be found in C:/Impax/Logs/client_log_files on the Application Server by default. The file is prefaced with the machine name of the station that sent the log file, and includes the date and time stamp for when the log file was sent.
