Adding teaching file folders

Teaching files are contained within a set of hierarchical folders. Because a department may have hundreds of teaching files, you can use the folders to organize the files. For example, all teaching files related to paediatrics could be organized under a Paediatrics folder, which can then contain folders divided by pathology.

To add a teaching file folder

  1. In the Text area's Study List, switch to the Teaching Files tab.

  2. Right-click the teaching file folder to place the new folder in and select Add.

  3. Type a name for the folder and press Enter.

The new teaching file folder is added. You can modify the permissions for this folder or you can drag files and folders to and from different locations, if required.

Tip

Tip:

You can make copies of files and folders by right-clicking on a file or folder and selecting Cut, Copy, and Paste. You can also right-click and drag or hold down the Ctrl key and drag to copy the files or folders to a new location.
