Troubleshooting: Error message after adding many teaching file folders

Issue

An error message appears after adding a folder inside a teaching file folder that already contains many folders.

Details

To ensure the integrity of assigned permissions, which also apply to teaching file folders, the total number of user created teaching file folders supported is 400, in addition to the default IMPAX teaching file folders. If you try to add more folders after the limit is reached, you see an error message.

Solution

You can solve this problem in various ways:

• If any of the excess folders are empty, delete them.

• Combine the teaching files into fewer folders, then delete the empty ones.

• If any of the folders contain only files you no longer require, delete those folders.
