Use the Flip Horizontal tool to rotate images along their horizontal axes. If you apply Flip Horizontal more than once, the images are flipped from the current position, not the original position.

To flip images horizontally
If necessary, select the images or series to flip.
From the Image area top toolbar, Geometry button menu, select Flip Horizontal.
If necessary, change the scope to image, series, or study.
Click an image to flip.
The image or images are flipped horizontally. A horizontal double-headed arrow symbol appears to the right of the image.
