Use the Rotate 180° tool to rotate images 180 degrees. If you apply Rotate 180° twice, the images return to their original position.

To rotate images 180°
If necessary, select the images or series to rotate.
From the Image area top toolbar, Geometry button menu, select Rotate 180.
If necessary, change the scope to image, series, or study.
Click an image to rotate.
The image or images are rotated 180 degrees. A 180 rotation symbol appears to the right of the image.
