Information about the order related to a study is available in the Text area, beside the Study Highlights and above the Study panel. Order information is available only when IMPAX is connected to a RIS; otherwise, the panel is empty. When IMPAX is integrated with IMPAX RIS, scanned documents added in IMPAX RIS show up in a separate tab in the Order or Study panels of the Text area (if the document is linked to the RIS request or RIS exam, respectively).
To view the order information
Display the Text area for the patient of interest.
In the Text area, if the Order panel is contracted, click the Order bar to display it.
To enlarge the Order panel, drag the expandable bar to the left or the Study bar lower.
Displayed information depends on interface configuration, but may include reason for study and referring physician.
If a scanned requisition is available, view it by switching to the Scanned request tab.
This tab appears only when order information comes from the IMPAX RIS, and only when a scan is available.
Change the scanned requisition display as needed:
To display the full width of the form, click Fit Width.
To display the full height of the form, click Fit Height.

or Zoom

To reduce the form, click Zoom Out.
To invert the form to black text on a white background, click Invert.
To rotate the form, click Rotate Left
to rotate counter-clockwise or Rotate Right to rotate clockwise.

If a scanned patient questionnaire is available, view it by switching to the Patient Questionnaire tab.
This tab appears only when order information comes from the IMPAX RIS, and only if a questionnaire is available.
 | Note: The zoom level of the scanned document is automatically be saved on the user level. The next time a user opens a scanned document in the Text area, the stored zoom level is applied. |
