Issue
When I try to set preferences, such as the Comparative Review Sequence for a breast imaging radiologist, while impersonating that user, I cannot gain access to some of the features I must configure.
Details
While impersonating a role or user, you retain your permissions and license, but have that role or user's preferences. Some options may therefore appear to be unavailable. For example, the Customize tool may not appear in the top toolbar, but you can likely still access it through the context toolbar text menu or by pressing F12.
Solution
Try to access the feature by alternative means—shortcut keys, right-click menus, and so on. If that fails, check that you have the appropriate permissions enabled for your role.
To check your permissions
From the Configure drawer menu
, select Users and Roles.
In the navigation pane, select the role that you belong to.
Expand the Permissions bar.
On the General tab, click Show Merged Operations to show a report of all operations that are enabled for your role.
Switch to the Study-Based tab to check those permissions as well.
Edit the permissions as required.
