Issue
I do not have access to a feature I want to use in the IMPAX Client. For example, I want to print but cannot.
Details
Access to features in the IMPAX Client are controlled by two items:
Licensing—Some features in the Client are license-controlled. For example, teaching files are available only with certain licenses.
Permissions—You can enable specific operations (which map to features in the Client) for each permission defined in the Configure area - Users and Roles section. Based on what operations are enabled, you may or may not be able to use the feature you require. (Refer to Permissions: Workflow applications.)

Solution
To gain access to the required features, try the following:
If more than one license is available to you, switch to a different license to see if the feature you require becomes enabled.
If the feature is still not available contact your PACS Administrator, who can:
Assign the correct license to you.
or
Assign the correct permissions so that you can gain access to the required feature. The PACS Administrator can view all operations allowed for a role to determine any permission problems.
