Troubleshooting: Client not displaying in preferred language

Issue

The Client user interface is not appearing in the language I want.

Details

The Client user interface is available in Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, and Traditional Chinese. The language used is based on the Windows Locale setting of the workstation.

Solution

If the language you want is not listed above, you cannot view the Client interface text in that language.

If it is one of the languages, but that language is not being used, log out of IMPAX Client, close the Login window, and change your Windows locale setting to match the language you want.

To change the Windows locale

  1. On the Windows Language bar or taskbar, click the current language indicator.

    The language indicator is a two-letter icon. EN

  2. From the menu, select a different language.

    If the language used is not listed, add it through Control PanelRegional Options.

  3. Restart the IMPAX Client.

    The Client user interface text appears in the locale language.
