IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Exporting reports and images > Importing and exporting studies
You can export one image, selected images, one series, or the entire study from IMPAX as JPEG format files. These images can then be inserted into presentations, reports, and so on.
To export study images as JPEG files
Optionally, if in the Image area, use the Image Selection tool to select the images to export.
Right-click an image to include in the export.
In the Image area, from the context menu, select Export > Image, Series, Study, or Selected Images
The Selected Images option appears only when the right-clicked image is selected.
To display JPEG options in the Export Images dialog, under Export Options, click JPEG.
Select a percentage value between 1 and 100 to Scale all images by.
Note that the pixel width and height of the images is listed in the dialog. The higher the number, the better the quality; however, better quality also increases file size.
To change the Export Location, click Browse. In the Browse For Folder dialog, browse to or create the location to save the JPEG to and click OK.
The selected export location is saved as the default for future JPEG exports.
To use a different file name than the one assigned by default, type the new name in the Export Location field, after the directory path.
If exporting more than one image, numbers are appended to the file names. For example, if using image as the file name, the first file is called image.jpg, the next image_1.jpg, the third image_2.jpg, and so on.
Click OK.
A progress bar appears indicating the progress as each image is converted to JPEG format and saved to the selected location. To cancel the export, click Cancel.
