When adding a print preset or copying properties to a new preset, you can determine the density or opacity of the printed image, and whether borders are used. When editing a preset, you can change these values.
To set density and border values for presets
Add a preset or select a preset to copy, enter information in the first three screens and click Next until you reach the Density screen.

Select a preset to edit and switch to the Density tab.
Type or select the Maximum and Minimum Image Density values to apply.
The range of possible values is determined by the printer settings. Higher values make printed images more dense.
Type or select a value for the Empty Image Space Density.
Use the default value (generally halfway between the minimum and maximum values) or consult the printer documentation for appropriate values.
To have the images be printed with a border, select the Show Image Borders checkbox.
If you have selected the Show Image Borders checkbox, type or select the Image Border Density value.
Click Next or OK.
