Taste Look Up Tables or LUTs adjust the contrast of the image when printed to film, improving its appearance when viewed on a light box. When adding a print preset or copying properties to a new preset, you can select LUT options. When editing a preset, you can change these selections.
To select LUT values for presets
Add a preset or select a preset to copy, enter information in the first four screens and click Next until you reach the LUTs screen.

Select a preset to edit and switch to the LUTs tab.
From the Taste Look-Up Table (LUT) list, select the LUT to use.
To identify this as a color preset, select the This is a color preset checkbox.
If the Color preset checkbox is selected, from the Color Separation Table list, select the table to use.
Use the default value or consult the printer documentation for the table to use.
Under Polarity, select Normal or Reverse.
Reversing the polarity effectively inverts the color spectrum, making light areas dark and vice versa. Reversed polarity is most commonly applied to nuclear medicine studies.
Click Next or OK.
