To connect to a domain controller outside of the IMPAX cluster, the domain controller must have Certificate Services installed.
To install Certificate Services on a domain controller with Windows 2003 SP1
In the Windows Components Wizard, select the Certificate Services checkbox.
In the warning dialog, click Yes.
To install Certificate Services, click Next.
In the CA Type dialog, select Enterprise Root CA. Click Next.
In the CA Identifying Information dialog, in the Common Name field type the name of the server. Click Next.
If prompted to stop the IIS services, click Yes.
If prompted, insert the required Windows CD.
At the enabling ASP page warning message, click Yes.
To complete the Certificate Services installation, click Finish.
