To connect to a domain controller outside of the IMPAX cluster, the domain controller must have Certificate Services installed. If Certificate Services is not installed, the connection is refused and users cannot log into IMPAX.
To verify that Certificate Services is installed on the domain controller on Windows 2003
Open the Windows Control Panel.
Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
Click Add/Remove Windows Components.
In the Windows Components Wizard, verify that Certificate Services is selected.
If Certificate Services is not selected, install Certificate Services for Windows 2003 SP1.
