Connecting to an external domain controller

If your hospital already has a domain controller to manage user login information, you may want to configure IMPAX to point to this domain controller instead of using the Agfa domain to manage that information.

CAUTION!

CAUTION!

Certificate Services must be installed on the external domain controller. If Certificate Services is not installed, any secure connections are refused and users cannot log into IMPAX. Before attempting to connect to an external domain controller, verify that Certificate Services is installed on it. If Certificate Services cannot be installed, the domain controller cannot be used with IMPAX securely.

For additional information on establishing this connection, please contact the national or regional representative at Agfa.
