The Exception Viewer is an early warning dialog for any possible problems that may arise in the system. Use the Exception Viewer to monitor and acknowledge errors in the system. Acknowledged exceptions are removed from the list after one day. Deleted exceptions are removed from the list immediately. Unacknowledged exceptions are deleted by the Task Scheduler after 30 days.

To monitor exceptions in the system
To open the Exception Viewer, at the bottom of the Administration Tools interface, click the button showing the exception message.
The message could be something like DB_SPACE_LOW. Its tooltip will be Exception Viewer.
In the Exception Viewer dialog, from the time list, select the time period to search.
From the severity list, select the severity: Any Severity, Warning, Critical, or Serious.
From the status list, select the status: Any status, Acknowledged, or Unacknowledged.
In the Number of Results field, type the maximum number of exceptions you want returned.
Click Refresh. 
Select an exception and read the description of the exception and how to resolve it.
To acknowledge an exception, click Acknowledge.

To remove an exception, click Delete.
