This IMPAX station does not know about the DICOM device that is attempting to ping, query, or retrieve.
Solution
Check the following:
Make sure that the AE title and host name for the other device are entered correctly in the DICOM Network form.
Confirm that the host name is properly written in the /etc/hosts file on IMPAX AS3000.
 | Note: When configuring new stations in the DICOM Network form, you must use a host name. Do not enter the IP address as the host name. |
