Troubleshooting: Association with "host" failed, connection refused error occurs

Issue

I receive the following error:

Association with "host" failed, connection refused

Details

The other DICOM device does not recognize IMPAX as a friendly entity.

Solution

Check the DICOM device:

1. Make sure IMPAX information has been entered in the other DICOM device.

2. Confirm that the other device is associating with port 104 on IMPAX.
