Supported formats for date and time data: Reference

The following date and time formats are supported when updating information in the Study Information dialog:

Time	hhmmss.frac hhmmss hh:mm:ss hhmm hh	hh—Hour (00-23) mm—Minute (00-59) ss—Second (00-59) frac—fractional part of a second, six decimal spaces or less

Also note the following about the Time elements:

A 24-hour clock is assumed, where midnight is represented by 0000
Trailing spaces are allowed, but leading and embedded spaces are not allowed
One or more of the components mm, ss, or frac may be unspecified as long as every component to the right of an unspecified component is also unspecified
If frac is unspecified, the preceding period may not be included
Fractions of seconds are not shown in the Study Information dialog
