To prevent specific users from viewing or retrieving restricted studies, you can lock the study in the Study Manager.
 | Note: The lock/unlock feature is available only when the Study Location search criteria is set to Cached. |
To lock or unlock a study
On the Daily tab, click Study Manager.
Find the studies. In doing so, from the Location list, select Cached.
From the results list, select the study to lock or to unlock.
To lock a study, click Lock Study.
or
To unlock a study, click Unlock Study.
