To make worklist creation faster, you can copy worklists, then adjust the settings.
 | Note: Standard worklists cannot be copied and pasted as personal worklists. |
To copy standard, personal, sign-off, and proxy sign-off worklists
In the List area, click Worklists.
Switch to the appropriate worklist tab.
In the View pane, select the checkboxes of the roles you want to view worklists from.
Right-click on a worklist and select Copy.
In the View pane, highlight the role you want to copy the worklist to by clicking on the role.
Note that the role must be highlighted and not selected by the checkbox.
Right-click in the worklist pane and select Paste to role
where role is the role highlighted in step 5.
The worklist is copied and named Copy of <original name>. You can then edit its settings.
To close the Worklist Library, click OK.
