IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Administering IMPAX > Managing roles and users
If you have the Configure area open for an extended time, other administrators may have made changes to the role hierarchy. To ensure you are working on an up-to-date copy, you can refresh the hierarchy.
To refresh the role hierarchy
From the Configure drawer menu
, select Users and Roles.
In the navigation pane, right-click and select Refresh.
The roles and users are refreshed.
