IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Troubleshooting IMPAX Client > Troubleshooting: Viewing online help
Issue
The Knowledge Base Search feature produces no results. Also, when I place the pointer on a glossary term, no definition pops up.
Solution
Ensure that JavaScript is supported in your browser.
If viewing the Knowledge Base from the local computer or from a DVD, an additional step is required to enable JavaScript and other active content.
To enable JavaScript for local and DVD locations in Internet Explorer
In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options.
In the Internet Options dialog, switch to the Advanced tab.
Select the Allow active content to run in files on My Computer checkbox.
Select the Allow active content from CD to run on My Computer checkbox.
For the changes to take effect, close and restart Internet Explorer.
If glossary popups still are not working after enabling JavaScript, try resizing the browser window. Glossary terms too near the outer edge of the browser window may not have space to display the definition.
