When I launch the Knowledge Base, select Search,
enter a term, and click
,
a large number of topics are returned. It is too difficult to go
through them all and find what I need.
Solution
Try one or more of the following strategies to get to the topic you need:
Select Index instead of Search. You may find it easier to find the topic in this two-level list of keywords (much like a book index), each linking to a small number of relevant topics.
Use the Topic containing all of these words field instead of Topics containing any of these words.
Clear the Partial word matching checkbox to find only the full search terms entered.
