IMPAX stations are defined through the Server Administration Tools. Refer to the "Adding stations in the network" (topic number 8986) and “Defining types of communication between stations and the server” (topic number 9000) in the Administration Tools component of the IMPAX 6.5.1 Server Knowledge Base.
Through the IMPAX Client Configure area, you can allow users to transmit study images to certain other stations.
To define where studies can be transmitted
From the Configure drawer menu
, select Preferences.or
Or, from the List or Configure area bar, click the User ID menu
and select Preferences.If in the Configure area, in the navigation pane, select a role or user.
In the details pane, expand the List Area bar.
Switch to the Transmit Locations tab.
In the Enabled column, select the checkboxes of any stations the selected users should be allowed to transmit studies to.
If in the Configure area, the changes are saved automatically when you switch context.
