Use the Summary Study tool to create a single independent series containing selected images from one or more studies. After a summary study is created, you can view it to reference only the relevant images from each study. Images included in the multiple study summary contain their original image attributes and study information, so you know which study the image came from.
To view a summary study
In the Image area, display studies from the patient whose summary study you want to view.
From the context or top toolbar, click Summary Study.
Or, if using the context toolbar text menu (Ctrl + right-click), select Organization > Summary Study.
In the Summary Study dialog, from the Summary Study Name list, select the summary study to view.
Click OK.
In the floating palette, click any images you would like to view.
