Rescheduling a round or conference

If you must reschedule a round or conference, you can edit the existing scheduled worklist so that it appears on the new days or you can move studies to another scheduled worklist.

To reschedule a round or conference by editing the worklist

In the List area, click Worklists.
In the Worklist Library, in the Scheduled Worklists group, locate the worklist to reschedule.
Right-click the worklist and select Edit.
Switch to the Schedule tab.
Click the Days the worklist should occur, and clear the days the worklist should be removed from.
Select the Protect in Cache for checkbox.
Select the number of days or weeks to keep the studies in the image cache after the scheduled date of the worklist arrives.

Protected studies cannot be removed from the image cache to be placed in long-term storage. This ensures that all studies in a scheduled worklist are available for review without waiting for them to be retrieved.
Click OK.

The scheduled worklist now appears on the new days.

To reschedule a round or conference by moving studies

Ensure that the scheduled worklist containing the studies to be rescheduled and the scheduled worklist to move the studies to are both displayed.
Expand the worklist containing studies to reschedule.
Select the studies to reschedule, then drag them to the title bar of the other scheduled worklist.
The studies are copied from the original to the target worklist.
Optionally, remove the studies from the original worklist.
