IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Conducting rounds or conferences
For rounds or conferences where groups of clinicians and radiologists review studies for their patients, you can use the scheduled worklists along with the Snapshot tool to prepare then review patients.
Scheduled worklists
A scheduled worklist is a worklist that you can set to occur on a specific day. It holds the studies for a round or a conference scheduled for that day. Scheduled worklists can be configured to automatically populate with specific studies. For example, all New CTs that have been dictated can automatically populate a New CTs Round that happens every Monday.
You can also add specific studies to a round manually, either by dragging the study into the scheduled worklist from a standard worklist or from search results. This is helpful when you come across a study that must be discussed during a round, or is of clinical interest for a teaching session.
Finally, you can remove specific patients from a scheduled worklist if one of the cases is quite simple and does not need to be addressed during the round.
Order the patients
You can reorder the patients in the scheduled worklist to set the order you move through their studies during the round. This does not, however, prevent you from selecting a specific patient to review first.
Save study layouts
To best illustrate the interpretation for the patient, you can prepare the layout of a study in the Image area before a round or conference, including screen formats and window levels, and save it by taking a snapshot. You can have one or multiple layouts saved for a study.
