To save time, add study comments that are made again and again to a favorite comments list, based on modality type. For example, you can add two favorite comments for CR studies that read Pneumonia and Edema.
 | Note: The favorite comments list is available to users site-wide. Therefore, if you add a comment to the favorite comments list, all users in the site have access to the comment. |
To add study comments to the favorites comments list
Display the Text area for the study of interest.
Scroll to the Report panel.
If not visible, switch to the Study Comments tab.
Click Favorite Study Comments.
Tip:
You can also right-click in the Study Comment textbox and select Favorite Study Comments.
In the Favorite Study Comments dialog, from the Favorite Study Comments for list, select a modality to add the favorite to (to make the comment available to a particular modality) or select All (to make the comment available for all modalities).
In the Favorite Study Comments box above the OK button, type the text of the study comment.
Click the Up arrows to move it to the Favorite Study Comments list.
Add additional study comments as required.
To exit the Favorite Study Comments dialog, click OK.
The comment or comments are added to the Favorites box and is now available to all users in the system.
