Normally, worklists are updated automatically at specific intervals (refer to Updating worklists automatically). But, you can also refresh the worklists manually if you need to see updates more quickly.
 | Note: Worklists minimized to the Worklist taskbar are not refreshed. Expand the worklists to refresh them automatically. Studies removed from worklists are not added back to the worklist when refreshed. To find these studies, use Search or Advanced Search. |
To refresh all worklists
In the List area, click Refresh.

Press F5.
IMPAX updates all worklists with the latest studies.
