Solution 1

Wait at least 30 seconds before attempting to see if a permission is applied correctly.

Solution 2

To ensure you are working on an up-to-date copy, refresh the hierarchy.

To refresh the role hierarchy

  1. From the Configure drawer menu Configure drawer menu, select Users and Roles.

  2. In the navigation pane, right-click and select Refresh.

The hierarchy of roles and users is refreshed. (To refresh permissions, log out of IMPAX then log back in.)

  3. Edit the up-to-date version of the permissions.
