Issue
When I try to find a station to configure, I cannot locate it in the navigation pane of the Configure area - Stations section.
Details
A station does not appear in the Configure area - Stations section until a user logs into IMPAX from that station for the first time. By default, the station is listed in the Internet station container, but this default is configurable on the Application Server.
Solution
Check the following items to find the station.
From the Configure drawer menu
, select Stations.
In the navigation pane, check whether the station is listed in the Internet station container, by computer name.
If you have changed the default station container for new stations, check whether the station is listed there.
Log into IMPAX from the station that you want to see in the Configure area.
Recheck either the Internet station container, or the station container you have defined as the default for new stations.
If the station you are trying to find has a new computer name, the old computer name could still be listed in the navigation pane.
Rename the station to make management easier.
