Troubleshooting: Comparative Review Mode sequence not followed after selecting mode manually

Issue

When manually selecting a Comparative Review Mode, then selecting the Next or Previous Comparative Review Mode, the mode that follows or precedes the manually selected mode is not displayed. Instead, a different mode is displayed.

Details

The mode that appears in the above scenario is the Next or Previous mode according to the overall comparative review sequence, rather than from the point you arrived at by manually selecting a mode.

Solution

To avoid having to select modes manually, ensure that your Comparative Review Mode sequence is in your preferred order. You might try putting the IMPAX Standard or Standard Compare mode first, to save time and effort when viewing a single study. These review modes are designed for comparing a study with its prior.
