Troubleshooting: License is unavailable

Issue

When I log into the Client, I receive a message stating that a license is unavailable.

Details

When you receive message stating that a license is unavailable, it means all licenses are currently being used by others in the system.

Solution

If you receive this error, contact your PACS Administrator so that he or she can make more licenses available and assign them to you.
