When TalkStation reports
are in Dictation Completed status 
,
they can be signed off by users with approval authority.
To sign off TalkStation reports
In the TalkStation window, find the report and review it to ensure that it is satisfactory.
To see the images related to the report, from the Image area top toolbar, right-click Dictate Study
and
select Sync From Dictation System.In TalkStation, click Sign Off Report or say Sign off report in Command mode.
At the confirmation prompt, click or say OK.
If prompted for your password, type it and press Enter.
If IMPAX and TalkStation were synchronized, the Dictate Study button updates to Approved in TalkStation status.
