Issue
TalkStation is running, but I cannot start a TalkStation dictation from IMPAX or synchronize the current IMPAX study with TalkStation.
Details
This may be caused by:
TalkStation not being fully loaded yet.
The user's TalkStation ID and password not matching his or her IMPAX user ID and password.
The order being available to IMPAX but not to TalkStation.
Solution
In case TalkStation had not started yet, wait a few seconds and try to synchronize again.
If the login seems to be the problem, contact the PACS Administrator to ensure that an identical user ID and password are set for you in IMPAX and in TalkStation.
Ensure the Do not verify password when integrated option is selected.
