When listening to a voice comment, you can drag and drop the slider bar to the spot you want to hear. The Study Comment tab determines the allowance for the playback. For example, if you entered 2 seconds in the Length field, when you move the slider bar to a particular point in the voice comment, you will hear two seconds prior to the spot you dragged to. The voice comment playback allowance is configurable by user or role.
To configure voice comment playback allowance
From the Configure drawer menu
, select Preferences.or
Or, from the List or Configure area bar, click the User ID menu
and select Preferences.If in the Configure area, in the navigation pane, select a role or user.
In the details pane, expand the Text Area bar.
Switch to the Study Comments tab.
To determine the playback allowance, select Reposition Playback.
In the Length field, type the number of seconds.
If in the Configure area, the changes are saved automatically when you switch context.
