The IMPAX Reporting Service window provides configuration information required for the IMPAX Reporting integration, including information about the version of Philips Interactive and if the user is configured to use Microsoft Word. The parameters listed in the Service window are valid for the logged in user and are not set at a system level.
To access the IMPAX Reporting Service window
In the details pane, expand the Text area.
To open the Service window, in the Report panel, click Service window.
To display all IMPAX RIS parameters and their values, click RIS parameters.
The Client tab of the RIS Parameters dialog lists the parameters cached on the IMPAX Client, the area they are associated with, and their values. The Application Server tab lists the parameters cached on the Application Server requiring an IIS reset, the area they are associated with, and their values. Click OK to close the dialog.
To reload all IMPAX Reporting parameters, which are cached on the IMPAX Client, click Refresh.
