To use IMPAX Reporting, SpeechMagic (InterActive), IMPAX RIS, and Microsoft Word must be installed on the IMPAX Client. To use IMPAX Reporting with online speech recognition, SpeechMagic InterActive, IMPAX RIS, and Microsoft Word must be installed on the Client and the Use embedded SpeechMagic Interactive for speech recognition option must be selected in the configuration of the embedded reporting integration.
To verify the installation and configuration for IMPAX Reporting
In the details pane, expand the Text area.
To open the Service window, in the Report panel, click Service window.
Note:
The Service window is only available if IMPAX RIS is selected in the reporting configuration.
Ensure that all items in the Service window are marked with a V.
Contact your system administrator if this is not the case.
