Your annotation Text list may become long. You can delete annotations no longer required.
To delete an annotation from the Text list
From the Markup button menu, select Markup Annotation.
From the Modality list, select the modality the annotation text appears in.
From the Text list, select the annotation to delete.
You can delete only the annotations that you have added; not those inherited from a role. If both created and inherited annotations are available, inherited annotations appear below a divider line in the Text list.
Under Database, click Delete.
