You can save annotation text for future use by adding it to the text list.
To add annotation text to the Text list
From the Markup button menu, select Markup Annotation.
From the Modality list, select the modality to save the annotation text for.
The modality of the current study is selected by default.
In the Text field, type the text to add.
Under Database, click Add.
The text is added to your list of annotations.
