To complete most commonly performed searches quickly, save the Advanced Search criteria as a favorite.
To save a search as a favorite
In the List area, click the Advanced Search bar to expand it.
From the Search for list, select Studies.
From the Add Criteria list, select the criteria to search on.
Refine the search expression by adding and removing criteria to get the appropriate results.
Type or select the values to search on for each criteria.
Click the Favorite searches arrow.
Click New.
In the Save as favorite dialog, type the name you want to identify the search by.
Click Save.
The search is saved in the list.
