Troubleshooting: Instant Messaging functionality not available

Issue

The Instant Messaging functionality is not available.

Details

The Instant Messaging feature is permission controlled and uses the messaging services. Your system administrator determines who has access to the feature. If the messaging services are not available, the Instant Messaging functionality is disabled.

Solution

Contact your system administrator.

Note: Once the messaging services become available, Instant Messaging users must log out and into IMPAX to enable the Instant Messaging functionality.
