Healthcheck monitors the status of each web service running on the Application Server. When you run Healthcheck, it attempts to connect to each of the web services:
If it succeeds, Healthcheck sets the status to Passed (green)
.
If it discovers a warning, Healthcheck sets the status to Warning
(amber).
If it fails, Healthcheck sets the status to Failed (red)
.
The comment field indicates where the failure occurred.

To run Healthcheck from the Service Portal
From the Configure area, access the Service Portal.
From the menu on the left-hand side of the Service Portal's main page, expand Home, if necessary.
Click Healthcheck.
All the web services
are listed with a status of Passed (green)
, warning
(amber), or
Failed (red)
.
To determine what the problem is for any web services with the status Failed, review the Comments.
To check the status of the web services again, in a web browser, from the View menu, select Refresh or click F5.
