Once new words have been added to the context, you can manually synchronize your speech profile on demand instead of having to wait for the configured option (logging out of and in again to IMPAX or waiting for daily synchronization) to take effect.

To manually synchronize your speech profile
In the details pane, expand the Text area.
To open the Service window, in the Report panel, click Service window.
Click Speech Profile.
Select the Synchronize Speech Profile option.
Click OK.
Your local speech profile is updated with your latest speech profile located on the speech server. On low bandwidth networks, this may take several minutes.
To exit the Service window, click OK.
