When finding studies using Advanced Search, finding teaching files, or creating worklists, you can use the Edit Favorite Search Items dialog to add search values to the list of available options for most search criteria.
To add favorite search values to search criteria
From the second drop-down list next to a search criteria, click the arrow and select Edit.
If Edit is not shown, you cannot add favorite search values to this criteria.
In the Edit Favorite Search Items dialog, to add individual search values to the My favorite search items list, from the Individual search items list select the required values. Click
.To add a group of multiple search values to the My favorite search items list, from the Grouped search items list, select the required groups. Click
.If the required search values or groups are not displayed in the Individual or Grouped search items list, to edit the master list of search items, click Edit Master List of Search Items.
To remove items from the My favorite search items list, select the search values to remove. Click
. Click OK.
The items listed in the My favorite search items list are added to the options available for selection for the search criteria.
