IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Reading studies > Viewing study text and priors
Due to human error or workflow inconsistencies, the current priority of an exam in IMPAX may be inaccurate. For example, a radiologist might reduce or increase the priority once he has looked at the study based on the findings.
For cases such as these, users can be given permission to correct the priority of a study in the List or Text area.
To change the priority of a study in the Text area
Search for the study you want to change the priority of.
In the Search results, right-click on the study.
From the menu, select Open text.
In the Study Highlights area of the Text area, from the Priority list, select the appropriate priority.
Available priority options are STAT!, medium, and low.

To change the priority of a study in the List area
Search for the study you want to change the priority of.
In the Search results, right-click on the study.
From the menu, select Change study priority.
Select the appropriate priority
Available priority options are STAT!, medium, and low.
