You can reorder scheduled worklists to match the order of the conferences, meetings, and so on for that day.
To reorder scheduled worklists
In the Worklist Library switch to the Scheduled Worklists tab.
Select the worklist you want to move.
Drag the worklist from its current position to the new position.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for any other scheduled worklists you want to reorder.
To apply the changes, click OK.
