Troubleshooting: Knowledge Base navigation pane is not wide enough

Issue

The navigation pane of the Knowledge Base is not wide enough—a lot of the titles are getting cut off.

Details

If using Internet Explorer, you can widen the navigation pane by dragging the border line.

Solution

To widen the navigation pane

1. Open the Knowledge Base in Internet Explorer.

2. Place the pointer on the border line separating the navigation pane from the content pane.

   (If the vertical scrollbar is displayed, place the pointer on the right edge of the scrollbar.)

   The pointer does not change shape.

3. Drag the navigation pane out (or in) to the appropriate width.
